  • Why doesn't Surpass Growth have a Google Business Profile?

    This is one of our favorite questions and shows that the business is thinking critically, good! The reason Surpass Growth does not have a GBP is simply because we operate all across the US the UK and Canada. Google clearly states that in order to have a Google Business Profile you must have a physical address that you can have physical client meetings at. And since we are fully remote since 2021 we decided to close our GBP. Should Google change their T&Cs we will re-open.

  • How long do I have to cancel a booked consultation.

    We undestand how things can come up. If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours advance notice.

  • Do you offer a referral program?

    We do! When you refer someone and they hire us, you will receive 10% off your next service. If you refer more friends, each additional referral will provide you 25% off your next service as a special thank you reward.

  • When will I rank first on Google?

    This is a great question and an incredibly individual one. If we are to take the best case scenario, one where your GBP is properly optimized and your categories are relevant, the information is up to date, etc. Then in as little as 45 days. If not, it could take up to 90 days.

  • Am I still able to book a strategy call if I have no budget?

    Yes! Of course! Wether you become a client or not, this is our area of expertise and we are happy to weigh in or consult at any time. We can also build a DIY strategy with you.
